At Aim Trophies, our promise is to always act with ethics and integrity in order to build long lasting relationships with every individual we do business with. We will achieve this by providing our customers with quality products at competitive prices while throwing in some good old fashioned customer service that leaves our clients feeling valued.
There may at times be slight differences in the colour of an actual product to that of the image shown due to enhancements for advertising purposes. If you would like to see an actual photograph of the product before purchasing please email us. If you are local to one of our team, we may be able to arrange a meeting and bring you actual samples of medals.
We are not interested in expanding to an excessive customer base, instead, our goal is to work with a select number of suppliers and clubs who have the ethics and integrity that I trust we both share. While we understand the need for all parties to protect themselves legally, we believe by sending you a long-winded legal document is a waste of time and money. Personally, I place far more value in a handshake agreement than an ambiguous solicitor's document that would probably have very little effect should legal action be taken.
The Aim Trophies Terms and Conditions of use is simply our promise as stated above. What I ask in return is that you offer us the same courtesy.

Images on the site, brochures or any other form of advertising or marketing may vary slightly in colour due to enhancements made to the original photograph. Please ask us to email you the actual photographs of the medal should this be a concern for you
Ribbons
All Gold medals come with a blue ribbon, Silver medals come with a red ribbon and Bronze medals come with a green ribbon unless chosen otherwise.
Engraving
Up to 4 lines of engraving is free with all medals. Engraving details are required on an excel spreadsheet as outlined in detail on the engraving page. If we do not receive the spreadsheet we will assume you do not wish to have your medals engraved.
Delivery
For an incident free delivery service, we recommend you use an address where someone will be present to collect your order.
If you are in the Brisbane area, you may saver on delivery costs by arranging a mutually suitable time to collect your products.
